Released by Canadian trading card company O-Pee-Chee during years that saw Major League Baseball expand north of the border with the Montreal Expos and celebrate it's 100th anniversary with the the World Series crown being won by New York "Miracle" Mets and Baltimore Orioles, offered here is this collection of O-Pee-Chee baseball cards from both 1969 and 1970 that total out to over 400 examples. For the cards from the 1969 season, totalling an approximate amount of 150 specimens to speak of, the group is found to be in the overall condition range of VG-EX to EX and EX to EX-MT for their efforts with the cards generally having light corner wear. Including a number of key cards, present are examples of 20-Banks (VG to VG-EX - some wax at the top left corner), 50-Clemente (EX to EX-MT - off-center from top-to-bottom), 95-Bench (EX - 2nd card - common factory wrinkle down the middle on the front), 100-Aaron (VG-EX to EX - light corner wear), 120-Rose (EX to EX-MT - small ding to top left corner), 130-Yastrzemski (EX to EX-MT - slight corner wear), 190-Mays (EX to EX-MT - slight corner wear) and 200-Gibson (VG-EX to EX - dinged top left corner). For the cards from the 1970 campaign, approximately 300 cards from the release are included here with the contingent in around the condition ranges of VG-EX to EX and EX to EX-MT with some of the cards sporting centering issues and just a small quantity presenting in a lower grade state. For the key cards, included are those of 10-Yastrzemski (EX to EX-MT - slight corner wear), 140-Jackson (EX-MT - 2nd card), 197-Ryan (EX to EX-MT - playoff card - 80-20 centering), 462-Aaron AS (EX to EX-MT - 80-20 centering), 470-Stargell (EX to EX-MT - centering issues) and 500-Aaron (EX to EX-MT - off-center top-to-bottom).
