Granted entry into the National Hockey League during the first round of expansion in 1967, the Philadelphia Flyers have enjoyed considerable success throughout their history and quickly established themselves into the "Broad Street Bullies" during the decade of the 1970s. Claiming Lord Stanley's coveted mug in back-to-back years of 1973-74 and 1974-75, their only two (2) championships to date despite laying claim to numerous legends throughout the years and having made the playoffs in 40 of their 57 seasons of play, offered here is this collection of six (6) sticks used by various Flyers goalies including Sergei Bobrovsky, Anthony Stolarz, Ray Emery, Robert Esche and Brian Boucher between the mid-2000s and late-2010s. A mix of Warrior (Bobrovsky, Emery and Boucher), Bauer (Stolarz x2) and RBK (Esche) models, each stick has the players name stamped or printed over the upper shaft though it is worth noting that the Stolarz models have the name graphic covered by tape and the Esche name stamp has faded heavily. All retaining their original tape jobs over the handles/knobs and blades, the sticks are all still fully intact and show varying degrees of game-use throughout via things such as puck marks, other marks, red post paint transfers, chips to the paint/graphics, dents from shots and tears to the blade tape. With the Emery stick signed on the forehand side of the paddle with a black marker ink signature that displays without issue, the Bobrovsky is from either late 2010-11 or early 2011-12, the Stolarz sticks are both from 2016-17 based on the production date stickers affixed to the reverses but he cannot be seen using this style in games, the Emery dates to either the 2013-14 or 2014-15 season, the Esche is from either 2005-06 or 2006-06 and the Boucher is from 2010-11 based on model and tape style.
