The 1st overall pick of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Sidney Crosby has played in over 1200 National Hockey League games since his career began, every one of them in the black and gold uniform of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Owning a trophy case that includes numerous awards such as a trio of Stanley Cup championships, a pair of Olympic gold medals, two (2) Art Ross Trophies, two (2) Hart Trophies, and two (2) Conn Smythe Trophies along with many others, offered here is this stick used by the man now known as "Sid the Adult" during the period of the mid-to-late-2010s with the Pens. A CCM made Ribcore Reckoner model with "Crosby 87" factory graphics over the upper shaft, the stick retains its original ribbed white tape job wrapped around the handle/knob and black over the blade, with Sid having penned his number "87" over the knob as well in black marker ink. Signed by Crosby over the forehand size of the heel with a silver marker ink signature that displays without issue, the stick displays light-to-moderate game-wear via residue from a now dried gripping agent is found over the shaft while some marks and chips are present over the lower shaft, heel and untaped section of the toe. Additionally, there are marks over both sides of the blade tape, light wear to the bottom edge of the blade and a crack present at the heel that is worth mentioning for accuracy. Originally obtained by a longtime employee of the Detroit Red Wings, an LOA will accompany.
