Surfacing far less frequently than their Series A and B counterparts/predecessors are O-Pee-Chee Series "C" cards from the 1935-36 season, with the grouping offered here found in complete set form with all twenty-four (24) cards making up the checklist present and accounted for. Starting with the key cards, the group is led by a VG to VG-EX example of Art Coulters rookie card that shows a tiny wrinkle on the back right corner, G to VG range cards include those of 76-Smith (ink spot on front) and 79-Patrick RC (corner wear) while the cardboard specimens of 73-Cude RC (general age wear and a light crease at the top right) and 82-Mantha (small crease top left) are both in the scope of GOOD condition. Rounding out the keys, the card picturing 1965 HHOF inductee Marty Barry over the front is in the vicinity of FR to G shape and displays with a crease as well as a black print mark that is worth noting as well. For the other of the remaining eighteen (18) cards making up the rest of the set, most are found in the overall grade range of VG to VG-EX while a few cards are closer to the neighbourhood of VG and a couple are condition exceptions, including card #88, the rookie card of Art Jackson, which has damage to its reverse. For those of you wanting to cross off a complete set from your want list of pre-war collectibles, this intriguing assembly will allow you to do just that.
