One of many young bright spots in the lineup of the Toronto Blue Jays over the last few seasons, Bo Bichette, the son of former Major Leaguer, Dante Bichette, currently holds a .299 career batting average in his young MLB career while also receiving MVP votes in 2021 and 2022. A two-time All-Star selection through five (5) seasons of play, offered here is this batting helmet worn by Bichette on July 1st, 2021, Canada Day, against the Seattle Mariners in a contest hosted at Toronto's temporary home ballpark in Buffalo. A Mach Pro model offering made by Rawlings and red in colour to match the patriotic uniforms of the same colour worn by Toronto on Canada's birthday each year, a 3D red maple leaf decal has been placed over the front while Bo's number "11" and the MLB logo have been affixed to the lower reverse. Having had the the extra facial protection piece added to the left side of the helmet that extends down from the left ear to cover the cheek area, the helmet, displaying both Rawlings and MLB Authentic Collection labels on the interior of the piece, shows light game-use with a few scuffs, marks, scratches and abrasions seen throughout. Having been authenticated by Major League Baseball, their hologram numbered "VS636703" is found on the interior with the online certificate on their website listing the date, opponent and other details pertaining to the item. Having been photo-matched, the head gear is matched with Getty Image #1233853202 (July 1st, 2021 vs Seattle - Canada Day) to the small chip seen above Bo's left ear as well as to the placement of the Rawlings logo on the ear flap extension.
