Hailing from years that saw the Montreal Canadiens and Philadelphia Flyers win their 18th and 2nd Stanley Cup championships in the respective history of their franchises, the 1972-73 season also saw a Team Canada made up of the National Hockey League's best players defeat the Soviet Union in the Summit Series while the 1974-75 campaign saw the introduction of a longer schedule as well as two new teams, the Washington Capitals and Kansas City Scouts, bringing the league to eighteen (18) teams. Offered here, we present this collection of vintage hockey cards, totalling out 1000+ examples, from the 1972-73 O-Pee-Chee, 1972-73 O-Pee-Chee Team Canada subset and 1974-75 O-Pee-Chee releases.
