Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction September 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/19/2023
Beginning and concluding his HOF career in Chicago with the Black Hawks, Denis Savard was drafted 3rd overall in 1980 and spent 17 seasons in the NHL, scoring over 1,300 points in just under 1,200 regular-season games. Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2000, we offer Black Hawks captain's and Montreal Canadiens alternate captain's jerseys signed by the superstar. Both Reebok models with "L" sizing along with tackle twill team crests and numbers, Savard has signed each within the top of the reverse "8" in black marker, adding "HOF 2000" to both jerseys along with his number to the Black Hawks jersey and "93 Cup" to the Habs jersey. The signatures display well, with a JSA Auction LOA to accompany.
