Moving from the "Madhouse on Madison" to the newly minted United Center across the street in the 1994, the arena, with a capacity of nearly 21,000, is the largest arena by capacity in the NBA, and second largest arena by capacity in the NHL. Offered here, is this collection of 43 blueprints that were followed during the building process that was in place between 1992 and 1994. All hailing from the telecommunications consulting company Thompson, Ross & Associates Inc., all the sheets measure roughly 48 1/2" wide and 36" tall and display the logos of the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls at one end along with the title of "New Chicago Stadium - Chicago, Illinois - Metro Chicago Sports Stadium Joint Venture". All displaying copyright dates of 1991 and pertaining to areas of the building such as the Service Level, Main Concourse Level, Skybox Level, Catwalk Level, Roof Level, Lower Suite Level, Club Level, Upper Concourse Level, Club Suite Level, Blackhawks Locker Room and Offices and more, the sheets display in admirable condition, showing tattering to the edges and corners through small tears, folds and creasing while roughly half of the included examples also show large dried liquid stains at one end. Showing cool elements such as the Blackhawks locker room, seating bowls and concourses, don't let these slip away from your esteemed Blackhawks or arena/stadium ephemera collection!
