A diamond in the rough who was selected 58th overall by Tampa Bay at the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, Nikita Kucherov has become one the best goal scorers and overall players in the National Hockey League today, helping the Lightning to back-to-back Stanley Cup Championships in 2020 and 2021 as well as winning the Art Ross and Hart Memorial Trophies in 2019. This signed and photo-matched Lightning jersey was worn by the Russian star in 2014-15. A label with “56” sizing is affixed to the collar with handwritten “86”, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with a blue twill team crest with “Tampa Bay” sewn directly above, “86” appears over the sleeves and verso in layered tri-colour tackle twill, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Kucherov has signed the reverse "6" in silver paint pen, with the signature blending into the background material somewhat. Showing great game-use, a few dark marks are visible to the front and sleeves, with numerous team repairs to each lower sleeve (a few are material-backed), with 5 on the left sleeve and 2 on the right. Getty Image #683466846 (Nov 18, 2014) has been matched to the mark near the team crest, the two marks on the upper right sleeve, and to the frayed threading visible on the left side of the alternate crest on the left shoulder. The team patched resides on the inside hem, with a team COA to accompany.
