A veteran of thirteen (13) National Hockey League seasons after being drafted 12th overall by the Montreal Canadiens at the 1990 NHL Entry Draft, Turner Stevenson would play over half of his 644 NHL games played with the Habs over the course of eight (8) seasons. A Stanley Cup champion with the New Jersey Devils in 2003, offered here is this Canadiens jersey worn by Stevenson during the 1999-2000 season. A Pro Player made garment with Pro Player/Center Ice and size "58" labeling affixed to the inner collar, both the Pro Player and NHL shield logos have been embroidered into the jersey's reverse hem. Decorated over the front with Montreal's famed "CH" crest that features embroidered details, the NHL2000 patch, worn by all teams throughout the season to celebrate the new millennium, has been added over the right breast while the distinguished alternate captain's "A" has been placed over the left breast. Having had Stevenson's number "23" sewn to the sleeves and verso in dual layer tackle twill numerals, "Stevenson" is spelt out in single layer white twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Displaying game-use via board burns, pilling and a blue coloured paint transfer over the lower front, additional board burns are present over both sleeves along with light stick marks while the right sleeve displays a large unrepaired cut as well. Sporting pilling on the interior at each elbow, the jersey is accompanied by an LOA as well as a MeiGray COR.
