A key figure in the history of the Nashville Predators, David Legwand was the franchise’s first-ever draft pick and spent over a decade with the team. This lot features a game-worn Nashville Predators jersey from the 2007-08 season.
Made by Reebok, the jersey is a size 56, with a handwritten “11” in marker on the size tag inside the collar. The NHL and Reebok logos are found over the front and reverse necklines respectively, with Nashville Predators patches adorning both shoulders. The front of the jersey features a 10th Season Patch which is sewn onto the right breast. The jersey exhibits noticeable game wear, including a long team repair on the right shoulder, several stick and puck marks on the front, and pulled threads throughout. A red mark is present on the right sleeve, along with stick and puck marks on the left sleeve. The jersey’s numbering is navy blue over yellow tackle twill, found on both arms and the back, with "LEGWAND" in navy blue lettering across an affixed nameplate.
A fight strap is sewn inside the jersey, and the MeiGray authentication tag is affixed to the inner hem, numbered E00856. According to the MeiGray population report, this jersey is a "White Set 1".
