Helping the London Knights capture the first Memorial Cup championship in franchise history the season prior, the 2005-06 campaign saw Schremp register an astounding 145 points during the regular season and 47 points in 19 playoff games as London once again made it all the way to the OHL Finals. Offered here, is this Knights jersey worn by Schremp during the 2005-06 season. Made by Reebok, brand/CHL, size “54” and “Made in Canada” labels are affixed to the inner collar while a Reebok patch has been added over the reverse neckline and the CHL logo has been embroidered into the reverse hem. Decorated over the front with a London team crest that features embroidered details, the distinguished alternate captain’s “A” has been added affixed to the left breast while both 2006 WJHC and OHL league patches reside over the right breast. Of note, the World Junior patch was removed by the team after the tournament then reapplied when the jersey was made available for purchase. Displaying matching alternate logo patches over both shoulders, the sleeves and verso have had Schremp’s number “44” sewn to them in tri-layer stacked tackle twill numerals, “Schremp” has been spelt out in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting excellent game-wear with stick marks observed throughout the body and both sleeves, the left sleeve shows a large unrepaired hole over the elbow along with board burns while the right sleeve/shoulder shows staining. Of note, additional staining is present over the reverse and hemline. Showcasing light pilling on the interior, Schremp has signed the first reverse number “4” with a black marker ink signature that displays without issue. Additionally, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #56979803 (January 8th, 2006 vs Kitchener) and #57212303 (February 10th, 2006 vs Plymouth) to multiple stick marks over the front and sleeves. A London Knights LOA will accompany the piece.
