A Memorial Cup champion with the London Knights of the OHL in 2005, Rob Schremp would play a total of 114 National Hockey League games over the course of his career split between Edmonton, Atlanta and New York after being selected 25th overall by the Oilers in 2004. Offered here, we present this New York Islanders jersey worn by Scremp during the 2010-11 season. Made by Reebok and having had a lone size “56” tag affixed to the inner collar, the front and reverse necklines of the tie-neck garment have been accented with logo patches for the NHL and Reebok respectively. Decorated over the front with an Islanders team crest that features embroidered details, the sleeves and verso have had Rob’s number “44” sewn to them in dual layer tackle twill numerals while “Schremp” is spelt out in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting just light game-use, stick marks are present over the lower front, reverse and left sleeve while a light board burn is present under the team crest as well. additionally, stains are observed over the front hem and both sleeves near the cuffs. Showcasing pilling behind the front crest, an Islanders team tag serial numbered “209565” has been sewn inside the rear hem and is accompanied by a matching team LOA. Of note, the team tag incorrectly lists the jersey as being from 2009-10.
