A two-time All-Star in the AHL, Rob Schremp spent the majority of his professional career in Europe, while also having short stints with Edmonton, Atlanta and the Islanders. Presented here, we offer this New York Islanders jersey worn by Schremp during the 2009-10 campaign. Made by Reebok, a single size “56” tag is affixed to the inner collar while logo patches of the NHL and Reebok adorn the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front with a familiar Islanders team crest that features embroidered details throughout, the franchise’s alternate logo patch, representing their four (4) Stanley Cup championships resides over the right shoulder. Having had Schremp’s number “13” sewn to the front, sleeves and reverse in dual layer tackle twill numerals, “Schremp” is spelt out on the reverse in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting light-to-moderate game-wear, stick marks are observed over the lower front and left sleeve while a small board burn exists in the navy stripe of the right sleeve. Showcasing pilling on the interior, an Islanders team tag denoting the jersey as a “2009-2010 Season” game-worn offering has been placed inside the reverse hem. An Islanders LOA will accompany the piece.
