Selected 81st overall by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Danny Syvret, a Memorial Cup champion the year prior with the London Knights, played parts of two seasons with the Edmonton Oilers. Danny Syvret saw action in 10 games in 2005-06, followed by 16 games in 2006-07, which is considered his rookie year. The size tag indicates it is a size "58" on the inner collar with an Elite Sportswear tag nearby, and the back of the collar has a "Reebok" patch. The MeiGray patch on the inside hem states "NHL game-worn jersey 2006-2007 season D09094", and according to MeiGray's population report, the jersey is a "White Set 1" example. The MeiGray LOA confirms that "this White Set 1 jersey was worn by #40 Danny Syvret during the 2006-2007 National Hockey League regular season". The team patch on the inside hem also states it is an "Edmonton Oilers Set #1 2006/2007". There are a half dozen or so game marks on each sleeve, including an unrepaired cut on the lower right sleeve, as well as two board burns on the left sleeve above the number "40". There are a few game marks on the front of the jersey, as well as light stains on the front and back hem. The fight strap shows signs of some washing. Accompanied by a MeiGray LOA with the Authentication Program number D09094 matching the one on the jersey.
