Playing his entire 15-year National Hockey League career in the black and gold of the Boston Bruins, Tukka Rask and the B’s reached the top of hockey’s mountain top in 2011, winning the Stanley Cup over the Vancouver Canucks. Playing in 29 games during the regular season and serving as the backup to Conn Smyth winner Tim Thomas during the playoffs, offered here is this 2011 Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Champions light post banner signed by Rask. A canvas made single sided offering that has had Rask’s number “40” penned to the top in black ink, the front of the piece shows Rask hoisting Lord Stanley’s mug at the bottom with a Bruins Stanley Cup Champions and “We Always Believed” logo and slogan gracing the top and middle of the display. Also sporting “City of Boston” and “Thomas M. Menino, Mayor” at the top, the piece measures out to approx. 24” x 60” and remains in excellent condition with just very light wear and metal grommets at the top. Additionally, Tukka has signed near the bottom of the piece at his image with a bold black marker ink signature that displays without issue and has added an inscription reading “2011 Stanley Cup Champs” underneath in matching ink and condition. Having had a Tukka Rask Authentics hologram affixed to the bottom right corner, a matching COA will accompany the piece.
