Playing his college football with Hofstra University, Kyle Arrington would go undrafted at the 2008 NFL Draft and would spend time in Philadelphia and Tampa Bay before settling and putting down roots in Foxborough with the New England Patriots from 2009 to 2014. A Super Bowl champion in 2014, offered here is this photo-matched Patriots jersey worn by Arrington during the 2011 campaign. Made by Reebok and sporting a tag reading “11-46” affixed to the inner collar alongside a similar “O” swatch, both NFL Equipment and Patriots wordmark patches have been added at and under the front collar. Decorated with Arrington’s number “24” over the front, reverse and both sleeves in tri-layer tackle twill numerals, “Arrington” is spelt out in single layer navy twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Having had Patriots and Reebok logos added over both sleeves, the jersey is riddled with hit marks and paint transfers throughout the sleeves, shoulders, front and reverse and also displays numerous team repairs over both shoulders. Having had the memorial patch for Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s late wife added over the left breast, Arrington has signed over the right breast with a black marker ink signature that displays well and has added an annotation reading “2011 – 7 int’s” (Arrington led the league that year in interceptions) underneath in matching ink. Accompanied by a JSA Auctions LOA from 2017 for the autograph, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #134230244 (November 27th, 2011 vs Philadelphia) to various team repairs, hit marks and paint transfers over both shoulders.
