Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/28/2023
A veteran of 881 games in the National Hockey League despite never being drafted, Brian Skrudland would suit up for the likes of the Montreal Canadiens, Calgary Flames, Florida Panthers, New York Rangers and Dallas Stars during the course of his career, winning Lord Stanley's mug with Montreal in 1986 and Dallas in 1999 while also being named an all-star in 1991. Offered here, we present this group of five (5) practice jerseys worn by Skrudland throughout his career as a player and coach. Featuring the Florida Panthers (x2 - one black and one red), New York Rangers, Dallas Stars and Calgary Flames, the jerseys range in size from "54" (Dallas) up to "56" and are made by either CCM or Pro Player while having been decorated with tackle twill team crests except for the Rangers example which sports a rubberized "Rangers" over the front as well as "Big Apple" logos over each sleeve. All displaying fight straps on their interiors as well as brand embroidery over the reverse hems, the jerseys show light-to-moderate wear through things such as board burns, stick marks, paint transfers and small holes. Coming from Skrudland's personal collection, an LOA signed by him will accompany the lot.
