Guarding NHL creases for almost two decades which included winning multiple Vezina and William M. Jennings trophies, Ed Belfour made six All-Star Game appearances throughout his career, with HOF enshrinement occurring in 2011. A winner of 484 games throughout his career, Belfour would host the Stanley Cup as a member of the Dallas Stars in 1999 and win a gold medal with Canada at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games. Offered here, and hailing from the personal collection of Belfour's Dallas teammate, Brian Skrudland, we present this Ed Belfour Dallas Stars pro on-ice style jersey signed by the netminder himself. Made by CCM, brand, Center Ice Authentic Collection, "Made in Canada" and size "52" labels are all affixed to the inner collar while the retail hang tags are all still affixed as well. Displaying the embroidered logos of CCM, the NHL shield and the Stars over the reverse hem, the front of the jersey has been decorated with a Stars team crest that features both embroidered and textured details while matching Texas state alternate crests have been placed over each shoulder. Accented over the sleeves and verso with "Eddie the Eagle's" number "20" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, "Belfour" is spelt out in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate across the top of the back. Featuring pro on-ice style elements such as a fight strap on the interior and reinforced elbows, the jersey has been signed by Belfour over the top of the "2" on the reverse in black marker ink with the autograph displaying without issue. Remaining in excellent condition with no signs of wear observed, the jersey is accompanied by an LOA signed by Skrudland.
