This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/19/2023
Taking place at MLG on Oct 13, 1947, the 1st Annual NHL All-Star Game featured the current Stanley Cup champion Toronto Maple Leafs battling a team of NHL All-Stars that included Maurice Richard. Closely fought, the All-Stars were triumphant, winning 4-3. We have a collection of 9 pucks signed by players who all participated in the historic match. All matching modern InGlasCo pucks with 1947 All-Star Game crests, all 9 have signed in red ink, including deceased HOFers Harry Watson, Ted Lindsay, Edgar Laprade, Milt Schmidt, Ted Kennedy and Bud Poile (builder), along with Vic Lynn, Gus Mortson and Wally Stanowski. Five of the pucks will be accompanied by a ticket from the respective autograph signing.
