The longest serving player in Senators history dressing for 1,179 regular-season games, Chris Phillips was drafted 1st overall in 1996, and spent his entire career in the nation's capital. This photo-matched Senators alternate captain's jersey was worn by the Phillips at the beginning of the 2007-08 NHL season. CCM labeling with "58" sizing sits along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the familiar Sens team crest that features embroidered detailing, the solid red V-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Showing great use, there are a number of large team repairs to the sleeves, including 6 to the right sleeve, and 7 to the left. There is also some minor pilling to the interior sleeves. Getty Image #77414904 (Oct 6, 2007) has been matched to the team repair in the white section on the left sleeve, with the black mark near the repair also visible. Additionally repairs that are not shown in the image would have occurred later. A MeiGray patch numbered "E03473" is affixed to the inside hem, and according to the population report, the jersey is a "Red Set w/A" specimen. An LOA will accompany.
