Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/27/2023
Still largely regarded as the greatest basketball player of all-time (and rightfully so in this writer’s opinion), Michael Jordan would win a total of six (6) NBA Championships during his 15-year career as well as Olympic gold medals with Team USA in 1984 and 1992. One of the biggest brands in the world, Jordan would be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009 (for his individual career) and 2010 (as part of the 1992 Olympic Team). Up for grabs here, is this framed display featuring blown up 12” x 17” images of the front and back of MJ’s famed 1986 Fleer rookie card with the image of the front having been signed by the basketball legend. Both displayed on a black background and housed in a sleek black frame that measures out to full dimensions of 31 ½” x 23”, Jordan has signed the front image with a large silver ink signature that displays without issue while a UDA (Upper Deck Authentics) hologram number “BAM17505” has been affixed near the lower front. Displaying light wear/marks to the edges and corners of the frame that are worth pointing out.
While all of our frames are thoroughly and safely packaged for shipping, due to the size and/or weight, and dependent upon the shipping company, we should mention that damage may occur in transit. Please note that as such, we are not responsible for damage to frames that occur during shipping.
