The Calder Memorial winner in 2001 as the NHL’s top rookie, netminder Evgeni Nabokov spent the majority of his career in San Jose, with later stints with the Islanders (2011-14) and Lightning (2014-15). The Russian netminder also represented his nation at the IIHF World Championships and Winter Olympics. This photo-matched Islanders jersey was worn by Nabokov in 2011-12 including during his 300th career win on January 14th, 2012. "Goalie Style" labeling with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the classic Long Island team crest, “20” in layered twill is sewn to the sleeves and verso, with “Nabokov” across the nameplate in matching material. The Islanders 40th anniversary patch resides over the right shoulder. Showing great game-use, there are a number of puck marks to the front, with a few additional marks to the sleeves. Team repairs are also visible, with a clump of four directly beneath the team crest. Getty Image #137023327 (Jan 14th, 2012 vs Buffalo - Nabokov's 300th career win) has been matched to marks on the front of the jersey, including beneath the team crest. The team patch is sewn to the inside hem.
