Named Best Goaltender at the 2002 Winter Olympics, Nikolai Khabibulin was drafted by Winnipeg in 1992 and backstopped 5 different clubs in the NHL. The Russian netminder also made appearances at 4 NHL All=Star Games. From the twilight of his career in Chicago, we have a jersey worn by Khabibulin in 2013-14. Seeing only four games with the Hawks in this, his final season, two games were played on the road, and two at home, including Oct 11th and Oct 29th. We should also note that each Blackhawks goaltender wears three jerseys per game - one in each period. Goalie Style labeling with “58” sizing with handwritten “2” and “13-14” sits affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the classic and gorgeous partially chain-stitched Indian head team crest, “39” appears over the sleeves and verso in white-over-black tackle twill, with matching tomahawk crests over each shoulder. Worn for just two periods, game-wear is light, with just a few dark marks over the striping bands on the left sleeve. The team patch numbered “G60757” resides on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany from the Black Hawks.
