Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction September 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/19/2023
Dealt to Detroit at the trade deadline by Florida, Todd Bertuzzi made his debut for the Red Wings on March 22, 2007. He would stay in Motor City for just 8 regular-season games and 16 playoff contests, before returning in 2009. This Red Wings jersey was worn by the power forward during the 2006-07 Stanley Cup playoffs. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests gracing the bottom hem and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring the timeless winged-wheel team crest, “44” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in single white twill, with “Bertuzzi” across the upper reverse in matching material. Game use is light, with a dark mark to the number on the left sleeve, along with a few small and faint burn marks on the lower right sleeve. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a COA from the Red Wings to accompany.
