Enjoying a career that spanned a number of European leagues including in Sweden, Finland, France, Denmark and Norway, Jonas Elofsson was drafted by Edmonton in 1997 but never saw action in the NHL. This Black Hawks jersey was worn by the Swede at rookie training camp in 1999-2000 after being traded to Chicago. Recycled from the 1996-97 "Set 3" jerseys based on the registered trademark embroidery next to the NHL shield logo and handwritten "3" behind the NHL shield, Nike (size 55), Center Ice and "Made in Canada" labels sit affixed to the collar, with NHL and Nike crests sewn over the reverse hem ("3" is handwritten on the reverse of the NHL shield). Styled with an absolutely gorgeous chain-stitched multi-coloured Indian head team crest, the solid white V-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching chain-stitched tomahawk crests over each shoulder. Light wear is exhibited, with a few random marks visible to the sleeves.
