The 9th overall pick at the St. Louis Blues at the 1988 NHL Entry Draft, Rod Brind'Amour would go on to play 1484 National Hockey League games for St. Louis, Philadelphia and Carolina over the course of his 20-year career. A Stanley Cup champion with the Hurricanes in 2006 and a 2x Selke Trophy winner, up for grabs here is this pair of skates worn by Brind'Amour during the mid-to-late 1990s as a member of the Philadelphia Flyers. Bauer Supreme Custom 2000 models with Tuuk blade holders, both skates retain their original laces and insoles while measuring out to around a size 9 or 9.5 while showing "Made in Canada" and fit information stamps on the inside of each ankle along with handwritten notations in blue ink. Displaying handwritten black marker “17” identifiers over the bottom of each boot, the sides of each have been reinforced with thick twine sewn in.
