Buffalo’s 1st round pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft at 16th overall, Nikita Zadorov has since gone on to play over 500 National Hockey League games during his career, split between Buffalo, Colorado, Chicago and his current club, Calgary. Hailing from the 2014-15 season, Zadorov’s 2nd season in the league, is this Buffalo Sabres third jersey worn by the Russian born defenceman. Made by Reebok and displaying a single size “58” tag affixed to the inner collar, patches of the NHL shield and Reebok logo adorn the front and back necklines respectively. Decorated over the front with the familiar Buffalo crest, “Buffalo” is spelt out in small navy blue tackle twill letters just above. The sleeves and verso have been accented with Zadorov’s number “51” in tri-layer three-colour tackle twill numerals with “Zadorov” spelt out in single layer yellow twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Showing game-wear via a pair of unrepaired holes, one over each sleeve, both sleeves also show board burns will all but one present over the right one. A team patch denoting the jersey as 2014-15 official game jersey and serial numbered “1415239” has been sewn inside the rear hem and is accompanied by a matching Sabres COA. Additionally, the jersey is photo-matched with Getty Image #466715686 (March 15th, 2015 vs Washington) to the unrepaired hole near the right cuff.
