Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/27/2023
Last seeing NHL action during the 2020-21 NHL season, Zac Rinalso served as an enforcer throughout his career, dressing for five different clubs. From his lone season in Beantown where he appeared in 52 games, we have a photo-matched Bruins jersey worn by the Hamilton native in 2015-16. A label with “56” sizing and handwritten “36” is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the classic spoked-B Bruins team crest in tackle twill, “36” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in matching material, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Exhibiting great game-use, there are washed out stick marks over the front, with burn marks and resulting unrepaired holes over each lower sleeve. There is also a bit of red paint transfer near the right cuff. Getty Image #505724916 (Jan 13, 2016) has been matched to the washed out stick marks over the lower front. A crest from MeiGray is affixed to the inside hem, and according to the Population Report, the jersey is a "White Set 1" specimen. A laminated LOA will accompany.
