A feared enforcer during his NHL tenure, Tony Twist was drafted by St Louis in 1988 and spent a single season with the club in 1989-90, then four seasons with Quebec before returning to the Blues in 1994. This Blues jersey was worn by Twist during the 1997-98 NHL season, where he registered 105 penalty minutes. Starter labeling with a “58-G” size swatch is affixed to the collar, with Starter and NHL crests to the reverse hem. Featuring a tackle twill Blues team crest with “St Louis” embroidered, “18” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in slanted numerals, with alternate crests over each shoulder. There is also a dual-clasp fight strap. Exhibiting moderate use, there are a few dark marks along with two small holes to the right sleeve and a large slit resulting from a heavy board burn to the upper sleeve. There is also some pilling to the left interior sleeve. The “Set 1” team patch along with a Custom Crafted logo is screened to the inside hem near a hologram, with a laminated team COA and MeiGray COR to accompany.
