This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 5/2/2023
Starring in his native Russia with CSKA Moscow, Nikita Zaitsev made his NHL debut for Toronto in 2016-17 and skated for the Leafs for three seasons before being traded to Ottawa, in July of 2019. From his third and final season with the blue and white, we have a photo-matched Leafs worn by Zaitsev in 2018-19. Size 58 is listed to the Adidas collar band, with NHL and Adidas crests to the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the vintage style Leafs crest with embroidered detailing, "22" is sewn to the sleeves and verso in single navy twill. The jersey also sports an intact fight strap, with the team patch residing on the inside hem. Showing thorough use with marks to the left sleeve and blue paint transfer to the right, there are also team repairs to each lower sleeve, with 4 on the right sleeve including a large clump, and 7 on the left sleeve. Getty Image #1070144312 (Dec 8, 2018) has been matched to the two dark marks on the lower left sleeve, with their shapes and placements identical. A COA from the Leafs will accompany.
