Made by Reebok with a size “58” tag affixed to the inner collar that displays a washed out “44”, crests of the NHL and Reebok adorn the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled over the front with the famous spoked “B” Bruins team crest, matching alternate logo patches reside over each shoulder. Ward’s number “44” has been sewn to the verso in each sleeve in dual-layer tackle twill numerals with “Ward” spelt out across the affixed matching nameplate above the rear numbers is similar dual-layer black-over-yellow style. Exhibiting good game-use, board burns, with some resulting in small unrepaired holes, and red board paint transfers are found over each sleeve with faint stick marks over the lower front and pilling throughout the interior. Of note, a small number of stains not associated with game-use are also found over the front of the jersey. A MeiGray tag numbered "F03410" is found inside the rear hem and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White Set 3 / Playoffs" specimen.
Regarding the aforementioned photo-matches, the jersey is with Getty Image #86857963 (May 8th, 2009 vs Carolina – ECSF Game 4) to the hole in the bottom yellow stripping band on the left sleeves and to the washed-out stick mark at the right of the top portion of the "B" in the team crest.
