A heavily touted prospect in his sophomore season with the University of Denver Pioneers despite going undrafted, Tyler Bozak would sign with the Toronto Maple Leafs and spend nine (9) seasons with the club becoming a fan favourite for Leafs fans. Hailing from the 2009-10 season, is this jersey worn by Bozak during his rookie campaign. Featuring a single size “56” label affixed to the inner collar, crests for the NHL and Reebok are found over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front with the Leafs team crest with “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, Bozak’s number “42” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle-twill numerals with “Bozak” spelt out across the affixed matching nameplate in single layer blue twill letters. Showing good game-use, stick marks are seen over the sleeves and body of the jersey with small unrepaired holes seen over each sleeve and a team repair exhibited near the right cuff. A MeiGray patch numbered “G07798” is sewn to the interior alongside the fight strap and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “White Set 3” specimen. A matching team LOA will accompany the piece.
