Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Winter 2023

The 6th overall pick by Anaheim in 2012, defenseman Hampus Lindholm would play the first nine and a half years of his North American professional career in the Ducks organization, all but one of them in the NHL before his trade to Boston in March of 2022. Offered here, and hailing from his last season spent in Anaheim, is this stick used by Lindholm. A Bauer Vapor Hyperlite model with “Lindholm” factory graphics over the shaft, the lower shaft and blade has been painted white by the Swedish blueliner. Retaining its original black Lizardskins grip over the handle and covering a white tape knob at the top, the bottom is finished with a single wrap of white cloth that features a small “47” handwritten in black ink. White tape is found covering the blade. With the original factory production and serial number stickers that are affixed to the underside of the shaft, the stick exhibits good game-use through a number of chips, marks and abrasions over the shaft, lower shaft and heel. The blade shows tears over each side as well as a number of puck marks. Adding to its appeal, Lindholm has signed the heel on the forehand side with a black ink signature that displays without issue. Additionally, the stick has been photo-matched with Getty Image # #1370072917 (Feb 11th, 2022 vs Seattle) to the chipping in Bauer on the shaft as well as to numerous marks/abrasions near the lower shaft and heel.
