Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction December 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/13/2022
Dressing for almost 1,400 NHL contests throughout his career, Roman Hamrlik was drafted 1st overall by Tampa Bay in 1992, and saw action with seven different NHL clubs as well as represent the Czech Republic internationally. This signed stick was used by the three-time All-Star during the early-2000s with the Islanders, circa 2002-03. A KOHO Torpedo model with “Hamrlik” stamped to the upper shaft and somewhat faded, the stick retains the original black tape over the blade and ribbed pattern over the handle, with heavy surface wear throughout the length of the shaft, with additional wear to the underside of the blade. Hamrlik has signed over the heel section in silver, adding his number, with the signature appearing rushed.
