The all-time record holder for most points in a single NHL period with six, Bryan Trottier forged his HOF career as an all-around player, able to play both the offensive and defensive roles of his position masterfully. We have a signed stick used by the Saskatchewan native in the mid-1980s, circa 1985-86. A Vic 4050 model with “B. Trottier” stamped and the striping accent intact, the original black tape remains on the blade as well as the now-darkened white spiral wrap on the handle (there is a loose strand). "228-19" is also handwritten in pencil to the lower shaft. The 1980 Conn Smythe winner has added a blue ink signature to the shaft (there is a second signature as well). The stick shows light game-use, with a large crack/separation that runs down from the top of the heel section below the striping accent, to the beginning of the underside of the blade. Trottier would conclude his HOF career with over 1,400 points.
