Drafted 120th overall in 1993 by the Los Angeles Kings, Tomas Vlasak would play only 10 games in his NHL career, all with the Kings, registering four points during that time. Offered here, is this Kings jersey worn by Vlasak. A KOHO made offering with “Made in Canada” and size “54” fly tags affixed to the inner collar, the KOHO crest is found sewn over the reverse neckline, covering the CCM one, while the NHL shield is embroidered into the reverse hem with a piece of fabric covering the embroidered CCM logo. Decorated over the front with the Kings crest that featured textured and embroidered details, “Los Angeles” is found at the bottom of the jersey while matching alternate logo crests reside over each shoulder. The sleeves and verso of the jersey have been accented with Vlasak’s number “17” in silver-over-purple numerals with “Vlasak” spelt out in silver letters that have been sewn directly across the top of the reverse. Sporting light use through a small number of board burns over each sleeve, the circled initials of equipment manager Peter Millar and his handwritten “00/01 S1” are seen penned over the interior reverse hem as well as a fight strap that shows good salting and rusting. A MeiGray COR and Kings LOA will accompany the piece.
