Drafted by the Buffalo Sabres 48th overall at the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, Henrik Tallinder would come over to North America starting with the 2001-02 season, where he would play all but two games that year in with Buffalo’s AHL affiliate, the Rochester Americans. Made by Bauer with brand and size “54” tagging affixed to the inner collar, Bauer logos on the left breast and lower hem have been covered with scrap pieces of jersey. The front of the tie-up patriotic ensemble is decorated with a large “R” and “Americans”, both in dual layer tackle twill along with individually sewn on white twill stars and a Frontier sponsorship patch over the right breast. The sleeves of the jersey sport Tallinder’s number “21” in single layer white twill that have been sewn to dual layer red and blue twill shield patches while the reverse has been decorated again with Tallinder’s “21” in dual layer tackle twill with “Tallinder” across an affixed matching nameplate in single layer white letters. An AHL logo patch is found on the rear hem. Riddled with game-use, numerous black marks are seen over the front, reverse and sleeves along with board burns and unrepaired holes to each sleeve as well.
