A 17-year NHL veteran with over 1000 games played in the league, Brian Campbell would win a Stanley Cup as a member of the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010, assisting on the deciding goal in overtime of Game 6. Hailing from his tenure with the Buffalo Sabres, is this jersey worn by Campbell on January 5th, 2007. Made by Reebok, a size “56” flag tag is affixed to the inner collar while the logos of Reebok and the NHL shield are found over the back neckline and hem respectively. Styled with the textured and partially embroidered “Buffaslug” crest that was introduced for the 2006 season over the front, the Garth Brooks "Teammates for Kids" patch is sewn over the right breast. The solid navy garment has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill chest, sleeve and verso numbers of Campbell’s “51”, with alternate crests residing over each shoulder with "Campbell" spelt across the affixed matching nameplate in single layer white letters. Worn for a single contest, board burns are seen over the backside of each sleeve with an additional one seen on the left shoulder. A MeiGray patch numbered “D03989” sits over the interior hem and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “Blue w/ ‘Teammates For Kids’ Patch – 1/5/07” specimen.
