Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction December 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/13/2022
Having become one of the premier wingers in the game of hockey, Jonathan Huberdeau proved his ability during the 2021-22 season by breaking the NHL record for assists by a left-winger in a single season and becoming the first Florida Panther to reach 100 points in a season. Presented here, we have a stick used by Huberdeau during his sophomore season of 2013-14. A CCM RBZ Stage 2 model with “JOHUB 11” factory graphics over the shaft, Huberdeau’s original tape job of red-cloth-over-white on the handle/knob and white over the blade is still present. A handwritten “11” is found in black ink on the handle tape. Additionally, Huberdeau has signed the heel of the stick with a crisp blue ink signature that appears without issue. A JSA sticker numbered “J68916” is affixed to the shaft above the signature. Exhibiting good game-use, the blade tape shows numerous marks and a tear with the lower shaft and heel having numerous marks/abrasions as well.
