Up for grabs are these three O-Pee-Chee classic sets from the early-1980s loaded with rookie/HOFer/star cards of the era which for the most part are in nice uniform condition throughout.
The 1981-82 set features the rookie cards of Hall of Famers #63 Denis Savard, #108 Glenn Anderson, #111 Paul Coffey, #120 Andy Moog (off-centered) and #269 Peter Stastny in the EX-MT to NM range while #107 Kari Kurri's RC is in the EX-MT vicinity. Always popular cards of Wayne Gretzky includes #106 in EX-MT to NM or so condition and joined by similar condition cards of "The Great One" including #s 125, 126, 383, 384 and 392. Card #1 of Ray Bourque is off-centered front and back and in the EX to EX-MT scope while the #118 Mark Messier card has centering issues otherwise in the EX-MT vicinity. The three checklists are unmarked with #381 off-centered. The set generally reflects the condition of the cards above and is in the EX-MT to NM range and in pretty uniform condition throughout.
The 1982-83 set has the rookie cards of Hall of Famers #105 Grant Fuhr and #123 Ron Francis, both in the EX-MT to NM scope. A plethora of Gretzky cards are also part of OPC's 1982-83 offering including #1 and #106 (off-centered) both in the EX-MT to NM range joined by similar condition cards #s 99, 107, 235, 237, 240, 242 and 243. Card of Hall of Famers #7 Ray Bourque, #101 Paul Coffey and #117 Mark Messier have similar EX-MT to NM attributes while card #380 Hawerchuk (EX-MT) is off-center and has slight corner wear to the lower left corner. The three checklists are unmarked. The 396-card ensemble is as well in the EX-MT to NM range and also in pretty uniform condition throughout.
Completing the trio is the 1983-84 set which features amongst its rookie cards those of #268 Pelle Lindbergh (EX-MT) and of #376 Scott Stevens (EX-MT to NM). A nice grouping of Gretzky cards are also included with #29 (EX-MT to NM vicinity) joined by eight others in similar conditions with the exception of card #22 (light creases/surface wrinkles) and #23 (off-centered). The #25 card of Coffey has a print mark on the top border (EX) while card #39 of teammate Messier is in the EX-MT to NM vicinity but is off-center. Bourque's card #45 is EX-MT or so while Hawerchuk's card #385 is slightly better and in the EX-MT to NM range. All three checklists are unmarked and as the other two sets above, the set generally reflects the condition of the cards above and is in the EX-MT to NM range and in pretty uniform condition throughout.
