The longest-serving captain in Chicago Black Hawks franchise history until the arrival of current leader and superstar Jonathan Toews, Pierre Pilote first donned the “C” after the club was crowned Stanley Cup champions in 1961. Offered here, is a fantastic example of Pilote’s 1957 Topps rookie card which has obtained a high-grade designation of NM-MT 8 from PSA. Of the 201 examples of Pilote’s rookie offered that have been graded by the company, only four have received higher marks than this one. Sporting excellent colours, sharp corners and clean surfaces, the card is sure to be a welcome addition to any vintage collection.
