Attending Yale University and starring for the Bulldogs for four seasons, Randy Wood went undrafted, and made his NHL debut for the New York Islanders in 1986-87, and stayed with the club for parts of six seasons. Additional time would be spent with Buffalo, Toronto and Dallas. This Maple Leafs jersey was worn by Wood in 1994-95. A Maska Ultrafil label and size “56” fly tag are affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and CCM crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the iconic maple leaf team crest, “24” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in single white twill, with matching vintage-style crests over each shoulder. Exhibiting nice game-use with burn marks with resulting small holes to the sleeves, there is also some red paint transfer to the number on the right sleeve and shoulder crest, with some pilling to the interior. There is also a large team repair situated at the top of the right sleeve.
