Selected by the Colorado Rockies in 1981, Bruce Driver spent the majority of his career with the franchise as they transitioned to New Jersey, and concluded his 15-season NHL career with a trio of seasons in New York with the Blueshirts. This Rangers jersey was worn by the Etobicoke native in 1996-97, his second-last NHL season. Starter Center Ice labeling with a “58-R” swatch is affixed to the collar, with embroidered Starter and NHL crests over the reverse hem. Styled with “Rangers” arching across the chest in individual drop-shadow tackle twill letters, “33” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in matching material, with the dual-clasp fight strap intact. Showing light to moderate wear with a few washed-out marks to the front and sleeves, the jersey displays beautifully. The team patch resides on the inside hem, and it denotes a serial number of "MGS#100737".
