Gracing four different NHL franchises with his presence including most famously Winnipeg, Dale Hawerchuk recorded 41 points for the St Louis Blues in his lone season in Missouri in 1995-96, and was traded to Philadelphia in March of 1996 for his final two seasons. From the mid-1990s while a member of the Flyers, we have a stick used by Hawerchuk (Dale played in 16 games with Philly in 1995-96 after the trade, and 51 games for the club in his final NHL season, in 1996-97). A Victoriaville APT 9050 model with "Hawerchuk" stamped to the upper shaft, Dale's number "18" is penned above in black marker. Retaining its original black tape wrapping over the blade, the same style of black tape, this time spiralled and covered in black cloth as well, remains present over the shaved handle and knob while a foil accent sticker is in place and still intact over the lower shaft. Exhibiting good game-use, numerous marks and abrasions are present through the shaft (including scratches/scuffs to the wood on the forehand side), lower shaft and heel with light puck marks present over both sides of the blade tape and cracking to the fibreglass at the toe of the blade observed as well.
