Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Fall 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/20/2022
Beginning his career in Vancouver, Cam Neely is best remembered for his time in Beantown, with All-Star Game appearances in 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1996. The BC native also earned a Bill Masterton Trophy, in 1994. We have a single glove worn by Neely in 1993-94, accompanied by a stick issued to Neely and team-signed by the 1991-92 Bruins. The glove is a CCM model in solid black with gold accents, with “Neely” screened on along with a dog bone. Nice use is shown including wear to the material, with the glove re-palmed. The stick is a Sher-Wood SOP 5030 model with “Neely” and “8” stamped, with white stick tape added to one side of the shaft, with 20 black marker signatures applied, including Neely, along with Bourque, Moog, Oates, Ashton, Hervey (only season with Boston), Murphy, Carpenter, Poulin, Reid, Hughes, Wiemer, Donato, Sweeney, Byers and a few others. An LOA will accompany for the signed stick.
