Nicknamed “The King”, Arnold Palmer was one of golf's most popular stars in a career spanning more than six decades and won 62 PGA Tour titles from 1955 to 1973. He is fifth on the Tour's all-time victory list and had a period where he won seven Majors in a six-plus-year domination from the 1958 Masters to the 1964 Masters. Exhibited here on his 1991 Pro Set PGA Tour card #220 is Palmer observing his shot. Additionally, the golf legend has penned his signature over his image in a crisp black ink marker that displays beautifully. The card, graded by KSA, has been deemed an 8 NMM grade. Presenting well with only touches of wear to the corners and edges means this encapsulated example keeps up excellent appeal. The KSA holder showcases only minor scratching. It must be noted that the grading standards followed by KSA may not correspond to those currently employed by PSA, BGS or SGC. The outcome of an attempted cross-over of this piece through any of those services, then, would be uncertain and cannot be guaranteed.
