An especially memorable season for the mighty Montreal Canadiens, yet again serving as Stanley Cup champions, the 1970-71 campaign witnessed longtime captain and superstar Jean Beliveau score his 500th career goal, with the also his final NHL season. Ken Dryden would make his first appearances in a Habs sweater, and help lead the Canadiens to the promise land with his stellar postseason performance. Originally produced to be presented to staff and players, we have a framed 1970-71 Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup champions team photo. At 10 ½” x 13 ½”, the traditional one-ice team photo which includes the Stanley Cup and Conn Smythe trophies has been affixed to a large matte at approx 16” x 16”, with the full team and management listed at the base. Double-matted and framed to full dimensions of approx 23” x 25”, there are no issues for the gorgeous photo or frame.
