Winner of the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1937, Syl Apps would captain the Toronto Maple Leafs for six seasons, leading the blue and white to three Stanley Cup championships. Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1961, Apps would pass away at the age of 83 in 1998. Offered here, is this Toronto Maple Leafs CCM Classic Sweaters jersey with a cut signature of Apps’ embedded into the back number. Remaining in excellent condition, the front of the size “XL” garment has been styled with a layered felt Maple Leafs crest with embroidered details below a tie-up neck. The reverse of the jersey has been decorated with Apps’ number “10” with the CCM logo embroidered into the rear hem. Apps’ signatured has been inserted into the bottom of the number “1”, with the autograph signed in black pen and displaying without issue. A hologram is affixed to the top of the number, with the piece also accompanied by a JSA LOA.
