Following up their 1995-96 season in which they finished with a record of 72-10 with a 1996-97 campaign that saw them reign victorious in 69 games, the Chicago Bulls, led by Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman, would record their 2nd of three straight NBA championships over the Utah Jazz. Offered here, is this Chicago Bulls jersey signed by HOFer Michael Jordan. Made by Champion and a pro cut model example that is made to Jordan’s specifications of a size “46” with an extra 3” of body length, the bright red jersey features Champion brand and Bulls jock tags at the front hem that list both size and season particulars. Decorated over the front with “Bulls” in individually sewn on black-over-white tackle twill letters with Mike’s famed number “23” in matching style below and on the reverse, “Jordan” is also spelt out in matching style arched across the top of the back. Displaying a gold coloured 50th anniversary NBA logo embroidered over the left collar bone, Jordan has signed the reverse number “2” with a silver paint pen ink signature that displays beautifully and without issue. With the jersey also remaining in perfectly flawless condition, a JSA Auctions LOA will accompany the piece.
